Turn your crops into value-added products!

The Western MA Food Processing Center can turn your crops into value added products. We offer 12 recipes for products that will feature your tomatoes, peppers, cukes, root veggies, apples and more! Farmers deliver the key ingredient(s) to Greenfield and the WMFPC team will process, bottle, label and pack for you. We provide bottle, lid, label and case. Farmers sell finished product at their farms stands, as part of CSA’s and in the wholesale market.

Kitchen Rental

The Western Massachusetts Food Processing Center provides food entrepreneurs with a professional, licensed commercial kitchen designed to help them cook, create, produce, and grow with confidence.

The Western Massachusetts Food Processing Center offers flexible commercial kitchen space for caterers, food trucks, specialty food producers, and growing food businesses that need a clean, professional, and fully equipped place to work. With access to shared-use kitchen equipment, production tools, storage options, shipping and receiving services, and additional support for recipe scaling and food product preparation, WMFPC gives entrepreneurs the practical resources they need to move from idea to production and from small-batch cooking to larger-scale growth.

Warehousing & Third Party Logistics

WMFPC offers flexible pallet storage in cooler, ambient, and freezer environments, along with cross-docking services to help businesses efficiently receive, store, and move products. We can also provide third-party logistics (3PL) support, helping food businesses coordinate storage, fulfillment, and distribution as they grow.
